Are there any ongoing costs?

No. The price is one-off. Hosting is free, and the site can stay up after the wedding. The only optional yearly cost is your own domain name (about $30), which you pay directly to the registrar.

What does "you own it" actually mean?

The hosting, database and email tools are set up under your own Google account, not ours. You keep the logins. If we disappeared tomorrow, your site would keep running.

How quickly can it be live?

Usually within a week of receiving your details and photos. If you are in a hurry, the rush option gets you live within 48 hours.

Can I change things myself?

Yes. Signature and Complete include an admin page where you can edit every word, photo, time and colour. Changes appear on the site the moment you save.

What if we do not have photos yet?

We can create elegant sample photography in your colours so the site looks finished from day one, then swap in your real photos when they arrive. Swapping takes a minute in the admin.

Guests fill in a short form: name, whether they can come, how many guests, dietary needs, a song request and a message. Each reply is saved, emailed to you, and added to a Google Sheet. Duplicate replies from the same email are caught automatically.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Everything works in the phone's browser, including sharing photos on the day.

Can guests upload videos too?

Photos upload straight to the site. Videos take a lot of storage, so we link a shared Google Photos album for those, which keeps everything free.

Is our wedding website private?

Your own site is kept off search engines, so only people with the link find it. If you want more, the Complete package adds a password that guests type once.

Yes. Everything happens online, and we work with couples anywhere in New Zealand and Australia, as well as Kiwis and Aussies marrying overseas.
